Healing Happens in Community

We all need space to feel, speak, and be witnessed. Peer support groups offer a steady place to land—whether you're moving through grief, burnout, or simply seeking connection in a world that doesn’t always slow down.

The two types of peer support groups, each thoughtfully designed to meet the emotional needs of those we serve:

For Individuals

Come as you are. Be held. Be heard.

Our open-enrollment peer groups are for people navigating loss, life transitions, identity shifts, and collective fatigue. These are not group therapy sessions—they are facilitated healing spaces where you can exhale, reflect, and share without pressure.

You might join if you’re…

  • Living with grief (recent or long ago)

  • Moving through burnout or emotional exhaustion

  • Experiencing a major shift in your work, identity, or relationships

  • Looking for connection with others doing deep emotional work

What to expect:

  • 60–75 minute virtual sessions

  • 6- or 8-week closed groups for consistency and trust

  • A somatic and trauma-informed container led by a licensed facilitator

  • Practices for grounding, sharing, and co-regulation
