Rates

• Individual therapy rate – $220 per 45 minute session
• Group therapy rate – $125-135 per 75 minute session

Insurance

I accept the following insurance plans:

• Aetna
• Carefirst
• United Healthcare

If your insurance plan is not listed, you may be eligible to receive insurance reimbursement. I recommend all clients call their insurance provider to verify their out-of-network benefits. Most insurance companies require what’s called a superbill, which I provide clients with typically at the end of the month, reflecting all completed sessions to be submitted by the client to their insurance provider. Depending on your out-of-network benefits, insurance reimbursement can be anywhere between 50-80% of the cost of each individual session. Please verify your insurance’s out-of-network benefits and out-of-network deductible before contacting to schedule an appointment.

Payment

I accept all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
